There's so many good managers out there - the majority I deal with are very good with some excelling in one area, and ones excelling in another. I'd have to put Shenaz at the top of my list as I feel she excels in pretty much every area. I'd also have to mention Nell from Full Tilt who I imagine has to be one of the busiest AMs out there, yet is very good in regard to responding to e-mails, dealing with issues etc.
