To be honest it depends what you classify a super affiliate as. When I were 22, if I were making 100K as an affiliate I would consider myself a super affiliate. You can make this type of money as a one man show. But at some point you will have to hire people to help run the overall business.
Having to hire people is a great problem to have also. It means you're making $$$
