You can easily modify the javascript code and adjust the height and width of the ads, along with the colors and # of results / columns / rows to display. You can easily create an ad that will fit seamlessly into your website's content, similar to Google AdSense.
Did I mention you can customize the keywords to your own likings (based upon your website's content of course)
