I am the affiliate manager in a UK media agency with a large global footprint and I have been asked by one of my clients to investigate opportunities in various markets.

If anyone can assist me with filling in the blanks, I would be very grateful. Apart from Linkshare and Zanox (who claim to cover nearly every market) the markets are:

Additionally, if you operate in any of these markets through a network based in another country, I'd be pleased for advice and guidance.
