Yes you can. Like Jeremy said, it depends on what you classify as a super affiliate. As your income grows the higher your expectations of a super affiliate are. I personally don't consider anyone who makes less than $12 million a year a super affiliate. I think super affiliates should be the top eschelon of their field, not someone who makes a decent living.

With that said I know plenty of people who make in the millions as a one man showing doing what others said above, outsourcing projects they don't know how, dont have time, or don't want to do.

What keeps you from hiring people to do parts of your work? It's been said that ideally you'd outsource 90% of your work. So yes, I believe one can achieve it. But as with everything it takes time and energy
