Is Hotelscombined working?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone else here is an affiliate member of Hotelscombined.com? I ask because they have remodeled their site this week but non of my tracking seems to be getting converted on their tool. I contacted the rep over their via email (which is the only way thay they can be contacted, they are in australia I found a phone number but am a little skeptical on making that VERY long distance call.) The rep tells me that everything is working fine and they have implemented new tracking ID's for every one. Despite the fact that the Old tracking ID's continue to work they should be switched with the new, is what i was told. I tried both and neither shows up on my stats.

Any one else with a similar problem???

i haven't heard of this problem
