Who is the best affiliate manager and why?

I signed up just to answer this - my favorite is Winky from CX Digital also known as incentaclick. She is very helpful.

I think Winkie is good too. Also Carly from Pokerstars, Mark @ Sunnpoker.com , Smaxor at Ads4dough.com (owner) and Geoff at advaliant. All are very helpful.
