Who is the best affiliate manager and why?

I signed up just to answer this - my favorite is Winky from CX Digital also known as incentaclick. She is very helpful.

I think Winkie is good too. Also Carly from Pokerstars, Mark @ Sunnpoker.com , Smaxor at Ads4dough.com (owner) and Geoff at advaliant. All are very helpful.

and my answer would always be Referforex.com as they are very helpful and cooperative and always they offer nice prizes time to time.
