Camtasia is the better product, all the way.

I've recently tried Camtasia and I'm getting very "choppy" footage. I've tried adjusting the framerates, power performance etc to no avail. Haven't tried CamStudio yet.

I'm on a mac and use iShowU to capture and then edit in Adobe Premiere
