This is a great site to do some research on yourself and competitors. It will let you know about how relevant certain terms are to SEO, who registered it and give you some good info on how robots see your site. Afterall, Google is a Robot!

I use this a lot to check up on competitors. Also Traffic Estimate - Web Site Traffic Analysis and Other Web Site Tools can give good data but isn't always perfect.

Some of the affiliate partners we have in our network have found Quancast.com to be helpful in learning more about their audience. Has anyone else used this site before?
