Time is money as we all know.
I have a few affiliate sites and about to launch a new one which will need daily if not every second day attention. How do you manage your time between your sites and determine what ones need attention first. Any input appreciated. |

I have some staples which need time every day. They pay the bills and so they get the most attention. When I start something new I will slowly put more effort into it and let it build. Of course, sometimes once a site gets rolling you can back off a little bit and it will still bring in the income in which case you can go big on the new site.
And every once in a while you just have to chug a few cups of coffee, pull and all nighter and get some heavy work done.

One suggestion: partner. I was having a very difficult time. I built some trust and asked someone to halve the load, or at least share it with me, and it works.
That's just my wooden nickel.

Outsource your mundane taasks like directory submissions, social bookmarking, rss feeds etc
and focus on the aspects that actually brand you

i've always had the problem of spreading myself to thin by taking on too many projects. now my approach is taking on a couple projects at a time, nailing them, and moving on to the next.

it's cool to take on multiple projects, just as long as you outsource some of the mundane tasks like niche said. focus on what makes you money, not what takes your time.
