What is a super affiliate

I have heard $10k a month. Is that just converted into different currencies for international affiliates? Is that even possible? It seems like there would only be 50 super affiliates in the whole world at $10k a month.

There are loads of affiliates who make $100k a month as well...I know one company who does make that much with their newsletter subscribers..and Yes..it's possible if you have leads..!
