Having trouble tracking clicks

I have an affiliate program that I am having trouble tracking clicks to. Their report says I am not getting any and that seems strange, I never got much off of them, but I think I should have at lease something. Could it be a flash problem?

If it is a flash ad, that might be the problem. I have heard of people having problems getting the tracking code to work properly. Have you contacted them yet?
