What companies place affiliate links on a webpage for a one time fee?

I'm a bit confused here. Do you want your link on someone else's website or are you looking for a service to manage the links that are on a website that you own?

You may be able to post a "help wanted" on here and look for someone to keep this updated for you. You would have to check with the management though to see if this is permitted.

You can often find someone in school that is a wiz at websites and will work very cheap. There are also a lot of freelance sites where you can recruit such a person.

If you are looking for help from a person, you can post ads here. As far as a program goes, I haven't heard of anything, but I'm sure there is some sort of option out there. Anyone?
