Who is your favorite Affiliate Network and why?

I concur on that... CJ has been around for a while now and are very reputable and their support is pretty decent!

CJ.com is one of the most popular affiliate network. CJ has some good pay per lead programs that can be highly profitable.

I want to work with CJ as well. However, they do not provide third party pixel. What subid code I can add at the end of their linking url, so that I can see the subid when I download the report. Any advices?
