Today, I received an email from Google regarding shutting down of referral program in August and starting of some affiliate prog. What do you people think about it? Google will be good at this?

Oh my gosh. Are you kidding me? I'm reading Chris Carpenter's Google Cash. I hope what I am reading is still going to be relevant? I guess if I had more experience I would know the answer to this but I'm a newbie. I've been reading how to create Google Ads all day today.

It will be better in my opinion.
Google always comes with a difference, which provides us pretty cool benefits.
I'm sure Google has stored something for us in it and for themselves too.

Google isn't closing the Google Adsense program....Firefox referral program will be close. You can still earn money by placing contextual ads by Google Adsense.

I've seen the referral program where you got 1$ for every FF download but I've thought that it was a scam or a joke...

A LOT of people promote it and they make very good amount of money by doing it - $1 per successful download. Anyways, this will be closed in August

Firefox referral program will be closed in August so I guess you need to read about 'Google Adsense' and not FF.

They've paid $1 for each new download that's for sure.

yea and sites with huge traffic used to make $xx/$xxx per day...let's see what's new and exciting in Google Affiliate.
