Can anyone recommend a sound service that turns data feeds into RSS?

Can anyone explain me RSS feed. I have heard that its a good source of attracting traffic. I dont have any idea. Please explain.

Have you seen an rss feed before? the best thing to do is subscribe to some rss feeds and it will help you understand, read websites on the subject to help you get it.
