Im not sure this is in the right place, mods please feel free to move...

Im a real estate investor and have put together a course for the most
important part of investing in real estate, which is to find motivated sellers
and get them to call you.

Long story short, there litterally is nothing like this course on the internet,
or being pitched at seminars around the country.

Im looking for advice, help, maybe affiliates to promote the product, Im honestly
