Default Recruiting new publishers

Hello everyone,

Even with the great year we had within our affiliate program I'm trying to recruit other publisher for our program. With that being said as a merchant what are some good practices and method to recruit affiliates for your affiliate network?

Thank you in advance for your feedback

Be active on these forums and as we continue to grow you will gain exposure to affiliates. I would recommend sending some of your current affiliates this way so they can discuss the benefits of your program with other new affiliates.

I too am an Affiliate Manager looking to obtain new and super affiliates. If you haven't yet submitted your program to Affiliateprograms.com's directory that would be a good place to start. Also make sure you post on social media platforms like linkedin. Keep in mind that this no sprint but a marathon.

Ditto on getting to know partners via forums like AffiliatePrograms.com. You're in the right place.

Some other things you may want to explore are asking for referrals from other affiliates, contacting affiliates/sites directly (send a friendly quick email), and posting some content about your affiliate program on your site or blog.

I think attending conferences really help you network and meet people in person. I can't tell you how many affiliates I've recruited just by bumping into them in the line for dessert or while promoting our companies during 'expo' type events. The fact that so many industry leaders are together in one place makes it much easier to introduce yourself or get introduced by others.

Affiliate Managers are always in search of super affiliates who can work for them and can boost their business.

There are different type of affiliates and you need different strategies to attract them to your affiliate programs or networks.

>> If you are searching for super affiliates then participate actively in good and reputed forums (Like affiliateprograms.com) as well as affiliate marketing events. Communicate with affiliates personally if you get their contact details and they will surely give a try to your program if you had presented your business in right way.

>> You also can approach the webmasters directly through Private Messages in forums or you can contact them via their contact details which you get from their website or blogs or from WHOIS.

>> You even can hire a good affiliate management company to search for the top affiliates in your niche categories. They will search across the search engines and will find the top websites having higher ranking in Google and other search engines.
