I was looking over some credit report sites today and there is a resounding theme for each of the top ranking portals - Simplicity! If you can set up a simple site (example: http://www.equifaxpromotion.com/index.php) and lead people to clicking your 'call to action' then these should work pretty well. Figure out the PPC science behind these terms and ask your affiliate managers for a custom landing/splash page to bump up those conversions a few points!
