wow, those kind of scare me. What type of program are you using for that? I remember when I first saw that in a music video and thought it was sweet. Is it hard to do?

12 images use about 210 .gif's that are slightly different to create the special effects. That in turn is about 3.5 megs per image that is why it is limited to 12 images or less.
