Default Why was the new SMTP server tagged as SPAM by ymail and hotmail?

Recently we bought a new web hosting from webhost to set up smtp sever and ftp to start a CRM. However, the newsletter sent from the new smtp sever was tagged as SPAM by hotmail and ymail. Now the problem has not been solved yet. What is wrong? Can anyone help?

Sometimes mass e-mails can get tagged like that. I would suggest putting an "add us to your contacts list" link in the e-mail. That way, once a user does this, the e-mail will no longer get marked as spam.
