E-mail Give Away

I want to give something away when people register for my newsletter, so more people will do it, but I don't really have anything good. Any ideas on something somewhat easy that people want?

T-shirts cheap to get printed up and to send out. I know of one large affiliate started out doing that and people took to it and word spread.

hi jessica i think there are many free ebook on internet that you can give away free.Just search on internet.I think you should give small report on realeted subject.

ebooks are good and cheap. T-shirts could get a bit costly if 10,000 people decided to sign up all at once.

Entry into Contests work well.
Buy a DVD player for under $100, set up a contest with requirements being to register with you, then give it away on some specific date. This can be done on a monthly , bi-monthly, or longer cycle. Be sure to interview the winner and publish this.

A couple of years ago a person I know recruited over 1,000,000 new subscribers by giving away an Ipod and several other lesser products.
Now that is a good ROI!

well what are you niche? and what are they interested on? it is better if you can find something they would like to see.

I like the idea of giving away one ipod or something like that. Ebooks sounds good too, but I don't have one that is my own and if I get it from someone else for free, what would stop my user from doing that?
