Running your mailer through a spam meter always helps. This gives you a score of how likely your mailer will be marked as spam.
Personalization is also an important factor. Use their name if possible, one in the greeting and then somewhere in the body of the text. Depending upon your niche, talking to someone as if you knew them can help. This isn't always possible with many products though. The best idea is to test, test, test, and then test some more. |

With an accurate and updated contact details you can get much better click and open rates. There are some business directories which list company addresses, phone numbers and email ids.They have a regularly updated contact list, with phone numbers and email ids of decision makers. I’m sure you’ll be able to find what you want here.
