Default viruses through traffic exchanges

I've gotten the same virus twice using traffic exchanges, not sure which one but I think I narrowed it down to a couple. Anyhow, this virus was a bitch. Wouldn't let me log in to some sites that I go to all the time, search engine results would redirect me to some other site when I clicked on them, some sites would timeout and give me a 'cannot display' message or take a long time to load. All the virus and spyware programs I use normally couldn't get rid of it, so I tried downloading and installing some virus removal tools that I knew of. When I tried to run them, the virus would keep them from starting up or installing correctly.
So, if any of you have this problem (probably couldn't log in to this site if you did ) I finally found Trojan Remover, a free download at Trojan Remover Free Download

This program is only free for 30 days once you install it, so if you don't have any problems now, maybe bookmark it for later. Hope it saves somebody a lot of headache and possibly their computer!

I suggest to stay from them not only because of viruses but also due their low traffic quality. In majority of cases its quite of waste of time and/or money.

I was about to warn against using most of them but your post is correct lance, this is a part of learning the system of online marketing though I doubt the traffic quality. I think everyone tried this in the beginning and learned from it.
The viruses and removing them are part of the learning also.

I bet Sandis is warning you from his experiences with them.
