PR is a Page Rank. The importance of your web site in search engines. For example,Google.
Link Exchange or link building is a process were you exchange links with other site. Link exchange raises Page Rank results. I trying to find out which software is good. Right now I have Web CEO. I know there are different software for link exchange like IBP. With IBP you can exchange links with out sending emails. But with Web CEO you can only exchange links by requesting them through emails. Differe soft works differ. So I'm trying to find out which one is good one.

Lets back track a bit. PR is page rank, but PR is not that important. It plays a factor in things, but it is much better to have a low PR and be a good match for a keyword than to have high PR and not match specifically, especially if conversions is your goal.
As far as link exchanges, this is one of the most important things you can do. Keep in mind though, Google knows when a bunch of unrelated PR 1-2 sites are trading links with each other. The recommended strategy is to link to people that have relevant sites, and if they wish to do the same they will be free to.

I have always handled linking personally. I have not used Web CEO, but if it lets you research sites and then you contact them by e-mail, that sounds like a good plan.

If you have more backlinks, your website will get good PR. However, the quality of backlinks also makes a difference.
A single backlink from a website with PR 5 is better than 100 backlinks from websites which do not have a PR. Hope this information helps.. |
