The purpose of the “Introduce Yourself” section is to give you a chance to let others know a little about you and let them welcome you to the community. By telling about your experience, interests and goals, you will be able to connect with other people that you share something in common with. We encourage you to post a link to your affiliate site, but the introduction is not to be solely a plug for your site. (Everyone here has a site and will visit yours if they are interested)


A good post should look something like this:

Hi everyone, my name is _____, I am a new member of these forums. I have spent the past few years as an affiliate marketer in the baby toys industry. I mainly market to people who have friends about to have babies. The site is www.my_friend_is_having_a_baby.com, feel free to give feedback.
I live in Arizona and in my free time I like to race dirt bikes and work with pyrotechnics. If anyone is interested in discussing other baby related verticals, feel free to PM me! So excited to be here!!!


A bad post will look like this:

My name is ___, I am in the business of babies. Do your friends have babies? This can be a stressful time and you should get them good presents. Do you know what to get them? At www.my_friend_is_having_a_baby.com we have the best deals on baby toys. This month only, 20% off all baby walkers, 30% off all cast iron baby bottles and buy one get one free on baby blankets.
