How to market an affiliate program

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and was hoping someone can give me a little advice.

I own an online fashion boutique based in the UK where we sell predominately womens fashion made all by independent designers.

A few weeks ago we installed an affiliate program from OSI Affiliate which all went well. I have created a program which is a pay per sale based on 8% of the final sale price, minus the delivery charge. I have created advertising banners, light boxes, page peels and text ads for people to use however I am struggling to find out how to advertise the actual program to people to get them to sign up.

If anyone has any top tips it would be greatly appreciated.
