Greetings from Canada. Seeking Affiliate help--

Hi all and so great to be here. Well, as a newbie affiliate, I really am learning, but...still haven't earned a dime anywhere. So..guess I am not sure what I am doing, but trying so hard. I have fallen into one of the affiliate myths of signing up for a lot of things and not really having a niche to market to. Don't really have a site, either. So...kinda stuck in limbo here. Here's what I think I need to have, and would somebody verify that for me? You and I MUST have a niche market ... something to know about and promote. We have to know our products,,,the only problem is, WHAT does one promote? It's one thing to have a site with a zillion links on it, and another well-done presentation with targeted traffic so that your affiliate links will apply. Sigh...just so confusing and extensive. I guess I don't have a focus...is that what I need? I kinda know what I am doing, then at the end of the day, I am not sure. But, still believe there is hope. Sure would be good to hear from all of you. It's exciting to think of making an income online, and, I know it's possible. I guess we and I just need some more guidance.
