I am also a programmer and facing same problem. I had a time when I had to do same coding and creating flash files twice. Now I found a tool that can easily make flash websites. You just need to edit html coding, Meta tag, text, title of the page etc.

Dreamweaver CS3 is probably the best tool for that; although if you are planning to market a product or products don't build a Flash website. Cool Flash websites don't load well on dial-up customers.
