Smile Newbie, Please review my site.

Hi, I am currently using a Free web hosting service, can I continue with this one or should or should I invest in a paid one? Any suggestions will be appreciated. My site is http:\\One Stop Shopping - Home. Thanks again for any help. K

Sometimes you get what you pay for. I don't know what type of limitations your free hosting has, but many will crash if your site ever gets a lot of traffic. If that happens, there isn't too much you can do because its not like you're paying for anything. Now that you have a site up, it might be a good time to start thinking about getting a simple paid hosting plan.

Thank you. I had yahoo web hosting before I might use them again. I didn't have enough traffic to test the servers. Can you review my site & give some ideas on how to improve my chances of success. You do not have to give me secrets just some ideas on where to start. Thanks again. k

hi sassie, I saw your post and looked at your site. I have one tip that might help. Your background is a little bit distracting. Don't get me wrong, I love it, its totally cute and would make a great fabric, I just don't know if its right for your website. It might take a viewers eyes away from the page. Have you tried a simple color or very basic gradient? See how this site is light blue but gets darker near the top? That is a very popular design and would be easy to make.

Hi,
I agree with the background. I also see that you have different backgrounds for different pages. You may want to make these all the same for uniformity. At first, upon clicking a link, I thought I was taken to a different site.
