I am totally new to the affiliate program. I need someone to direct me on how to build a website for no or little cost. I am interested in fashion, health, real estate, and much more. I would like to become a affiliate. I have been searching for sometime now with no luck. Plz HELP

What have you been searching? There is a ton of information on how to develop a website and on affiliate programs.

You can get a shared hosting account at many places such as Godaddy for under $4 per month. A domain is another $10 per year or so.

For learning about developing a website you may want to start here:
W3Schools Online Web Tutorials

Little money to use means you must learn...........A LOT!
Learning also means knowing how to productively research on your own. Google is your best friend in this. Refine your research techniques because you will always need them.

Perhaps setting up a blog at WordPress.com Get a Free Blog Here or somewhere like it would be a good place to start. This will give you something to start learning with at no cost.
