Best RSS Submission service?

I run a few gambling sites, one of which produces articles on an ongoign basis. I'm feed up of manually submitting my RSS feed link one site at a time. Can anyone recommend a QUALITY feed submission service? (paid or free)

I think that manually submitting to rss feeds can be more productive than bulk submission, you get to choose who you want to submit to and decide each time.
