Free $50k in PPC?

I came across this, any used them before? HopHunt.com One-Stop Cleaner Search with Free PPC Traffic Ads

They are in the top 100k alexa but I don't know how much traffic they really have.

I actually did sign up to that site, got some clicks but the traffic is extremely low.

Much better to grab an adwords and Yahoo voucher if you've never signed up.
