You can easily modify the javascript code and adjust the height and width of the ads, along with the colors and # of results / columns / rows to display. You can easily create an ad that will fit seamlessly into your website's content, similar to Google AdSense.

Did I mention you can customize the keywords to your own likings (based upon your website's content of course)

I think there are many alternetives of adsense but no doubt that adsens is the best.I think you should try adbright or bigvertiser they are the best for earn money from advertising.
