Has Lead Gen gotten too congested??

I'm referring to Educational Lead Generation. It seems like everywhere you look online today you will run into an ad promoting an online school or program. It's good to see that as a country the US has starting moving in the right direction to offering almost everyone a chance at receiving an education but have the marketing efforts begun to Cannibalize themselves? What do you think?
