I was looking at some of their casino products and think they would be good for the international market. I'm not exactly sure how the laws about that work, I know UIGEA is still in effect.
I did see that Referback was CAP and GPWA certified though. Any input? |

Hey WestEagle,
While UIGEA is in effect (which will hopefully not be too much longer) there are a lot of restrictions about online gambling within the US. There are still a few sites that allow US players though. As far as the international market is concerned, iGaming is stronger than ever. If you are looking to generate international leads, go for it. For US leads I would ask the affiliate manager what their policy is first.

Ok, thanks. I will talk to a few managers and see what they think. I don't have too much experience doing international affiliate stuff. All of my domains are .com, do I have to do a .co.uk if I want to have prevalence in the UK or do .com sites work well on search engines as well?

I'm not sure. Honestly, until I found out for sure, I like to go by the philosophy, "When in doubt, throw it out." I know it's normally for old food, but I love it for all walks of life. Good luck on your quest to find out what you can legally do. If you find anything out, come back and let us know, please.

I used them in the past and they were fine. Always paid and had some good marketing material at the time.
I sold all of my gambling portals, including a poker room skin, when the U.S. government sent me a nasty letter. It basically said I was illegally promoting online gambling in the U.S. Since I live here I figured it was time to move on to other things.
