Web Directory Submission useful for SEO, It creates your PR & gives you goo traffic..

Submit in Only PR3 & Above only..As there r many Bad web directories in the internet. which can get you banned from the {Boss Google}.

Directory submissions have been around for a while. The really useful directory submissions is still dmoz and yahoo directory

The work, but you need to also build links in all areas. If you only have directory links, it's not a good thing, also build links which are contextual.

also try social bookmarking and networking, article submission.forum etc.
