How do you spend your SEO time?

There are tons of ways in SEO to drive traffic, it's just physically impossible to implement all on a daily basis. It 's much better if you focus on 2 or 3, become an absolute expert in it, rather than doing everything, spending hours and hours, but not getting anywhere.

So which are the traffic methods that you really focus on?

i think building backlinks is a daily necessity
But there are several ways of building links
I tend to mix it up a little

I try to get do follow links from solid sites, everyday. Add that to solid content in a profitable niche and you have a money making site.

I am spending almost 3 hours daily on SEO so that my forex blogs are optimized fully.

I split my time up between building content and buying links.. oops I mean building links. Freudian slip lol

I spend very little time building links after the launch of a site. Most of my time is spent launching content.
