Article submission the best for SEO to increase traffic

Hello,

I posted a similar question and got good response from this forum. I like to know in detailed so I post one more topic.

I learn from this forum that article submission is good for SEO in terms of getting traffic. However, if we keep submitting new articles to the same any specific article directory, is this still considered good? or we have to submit to different article directories?

1. Is this good to submit to the same article directoy over and over?
2. If we submit 1 old article that was written 1 year ago, is it still considered duplicate content?
3. If I have 3 websites, is it better to include 3 sites in the article author's box for links, or just 1 site with three links (different keywords) on it.

I agree, one of the best ways to drive targeted traffic to your website is through the use of article marketing. This is one of the oldest techniques for generating traffic, but it's still one of the best.

Submitting to the same directory should not hurt your seo all you need to do is look at the authors on ezinearticles and how many they have published to show that this method works.

Article submission is perhaps one of the best ways to leverage your products and services on the Internet. One should work more on quality than on quantity. One well written article will do you a lot more good than numerous short and less captivating ones. Write articles that people will want to post on their blogs and websites - that’s where the traffic is, that's how the word of mouth will work online.

I agree article submission is one of the vital steps in SEO but whole sole dependency is not possible. You have to work on other sources and find new ways of promotion so that SEO can generate best of best results. Isnt it??
