SBM are the best for spreading your content..
this is a great way of getting backlink as well as traffic.. to your site....
some of SBM are nofollow, but not to worry,
you just put your content. it do not give link credit but it will give more btraffic to your site

I don't think its as easy as just posting your link though. No one will want to follow it if you haven't done some work to fill out your profile first.
