I use Godaddy to register and manage my domain portfolio - but all my hosting is done with Skynethosting.net - can't recommend Skynethosting enough.
One thing I would highly recommend though is to keep your domain registration/hosting and your actual website hosting at seperate places - then if there are any issues you just have to get new hosting and point your domains at the new webhost and you can be back up and running in no time at all. |

For the record, I do both. I have most of my domains reg'd via godaddy and I host with various hosting companies (including godaddy). Are you suggesting that godaddy will go out of business or something? Or do you just not understand fully how DNS works? |

I have used the hosting on GoDaddy and there honestly better, and cheaper options out there. making sure the hosting company is cool with having affiliate links on there is step 1. Dont use someone who makes you pay for a corporate account or any of that crap.
