Kevin is right, if requires you to download anything be very cautious especially an .exe and if you did download already, before you execute it or install it (hence .exe it needs to be open by a user) use a virus scan on the downloaded file. To check for any malicious content.

Is this a free domain, or is it one where they give you a dedicated subdomain. If it is a free domain server, I can really use that, but I doubt anybody's giving domains away for free. Domains are precious these days, and anybody that doesn't charge would be stupid or scamming people. In this day and age, you might as well get a domain for $8.99 a month and have more control. I use Yahoo for my website, and I love it.
