Nice site! It is really crisp and flows well. Are you working with lead generation or what type of business model is it?

haha, I do try and be gentle. I like to give one good thing and one area for improvement. I feel that helps motivate people to make the changes they need rather than just feeling down. Hey, we all started somewhere, right?

Most of the time I am gentle, but if it looks like spam......well...... Then other times people spend a couple of hours putting up a site and ask for a review. It takes more than 2 hours of time to do this!!! I'm working on a redesign for my site at the moment and it is still a photoshop image. Have been working on it for quite some time too. Weeks, not hours.. Make a slight change, pass it around for review, make some more changes, reviewed again. Will do this until I quit getting logical suggestions. One mistake I see that people make is not designing for SEO. I am also guilty of this. But this time it was top on my list of priorities. H1 tag being the very first code on the page, proper use of h2, keywords distributed top -middle - bottom, and so on. Of course I had to make it so my css is going to have to be very precise. Always making life hard on my self it seems.
