Apple Performance Partners are a select group of top-tier brands and high-quality content sites we work with to generate sales traffic. We provide marketing assets and support to help connect your customers with our products, and you earn commissions from eligible sales. In addition, Performance Partners can offer custom configurations on Apple computers and a curated selection of accessories. You also receive an email newsletter with updates on new product releases, seasonal promotions, and more.

  • We partner with Impact to manage the Apple Performance Partners program. You can get started by filling out an application.

  • Your site must drive significant revenue to be in the program. We review every application. If you’re approved, we will work closely with you to drive meaningful traffic and sales to Apple.

  • You can use only approved marketing assets produced by Apple. You’re not allowed to alter them in any way. You’ll have access to the approved assets once you’re accepted. They’ll be updated regularly to reflect promotions and other new products. To review the creative guidelines, please view the Brand and Photography Guidelines.

  • You will find approved marketing assets on the Apple Performance Partner page managed by our partner, Impact. These assets will be updated regularly to reflect new promotions and other news.

  • That depends on how many of your visitors click to our site from yours and how much they spend. Also, if a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any fees earned on that transaction. (If a product is returned in exchange for new merchandise, or if goods are lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer, your earnings will not be affected.)   • Once you are approved, your Impact account will provide access to a full menu of detailed web-based reports to help you keep track of your site’s earnings and performance.

  • No. Apple will process all orders directly.

  • All links from your site to Apple contain your unique partner ID. Every time a customer visits apple.com via your site and makes a purchase, we’ll credit your account. To make sure that all purchases are tracked accurately, use only links from our partner, Impact.

  • As an Apple Performance Partner, you are an extension of the Apple brand. As such, your responsibilities are to:


      • Give Apple a prominent presence on your website.
      • Drive significant sales to Apple. We partner with a limited number of sites and can work only with those that deliver results.
      • Ensure that your website contains material that is appropriate as outlined in the Apple Performance Partner terms and conditions.
      • Use accurate links to apple.com so we can track your sales and pay your referral fees.
      • Ensure that your website is well maintained and always available, allowing visitors access to links to apple.com.
      • Make sure Apple assets are used correctly as shown in the Brand and Photography Guidelines.

  • Apple will provide you with the creative assets, tools, and support you need to establish yourself as an Apple Performance Partner. We also handle orders, shipping, billing, customer service, and sales reporting — as well as, of course, paying your commissions.

    Please review the agreement available during the Apple Performance Partner application process. You’ll also be able to view this agreement on your account page with Impact after we accept your application.

    Apple works with a limited number of partners. We reserve the right to refuse any site, including sites containing objectionable material, such as explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups. We will contact you within approximately two weeks of receiving the application. If you’re approved, we’ll send detailed information about how to get started.
